The Permanent Needle – Report on a Treatment for Alzheimer’s Disease – Dementia

My father, Denis Gyalistras, 84 years old, began developing Alzheimer’s disease about nine years ago. Despite the usual medication in patch form, he has reached a severe stage. Physically, he is perfectly fine, as are his sensory functions. Mentally, he is absent; his long-term memory has also failed over the past year. Short-term memory is no longer available. Mentally, he can perform tasks, but even if he tries, he no longer has the ability to express himself verbally because he lacks the words. He is fully aware of this, and the helplessness he feels deeply depresses him.

More than a year ago, I watched an interview on YouTube about your treatment method using the “permanent needle.” After discussing it with the family, we contacted your clinic in Valencia a couple of days later to schedule an appointment for 02/22/2018, in which my mother and I accompanied my father.

Several permanent needles were implanted in both of my father’s ears. About 20 minutes after leaving the treatment room, he seemed a little confused, but his eyes had changed. His gaze was livelier and more penetrating.

This observation was confirmed throughout the day and the following day. In the Alzheimer’s test performed 24 hours after the treatment, his score increased from just under six points to ten points. He was even able to draw a clock with hands.

My mother and I observed him closely. Every hour brought new developments. In summary, the following changes can be described:

Memory:
We are pleased to observe that the void caused by Alzheimer’s in my father’s brain is receding. His cognitive and motor skills, as well as his sense of orientation, are gradually returning. He can once again reflect, communicate with his environment, and express his needs. Progress is visible daily.

Perception and Orientation:
My father began to take an interest in his surroundings just hours after the treatment. By the third or fourth day, he was no longer disoriented upon waking; he could now express, for example, that he wanted to get up to go to the bathroom.

Emotional Expression:
My father seems to regain his ability to express will and desires as his perception returns. On the second day, he told us he did not want to walk on the beach because he did not want sand in his shoes. He expresses needs, such as wanting to drink or sleep. Today, he told my mother he was bored. She gave him tasks in the kitchen, and he performed them perfectly.

Language:
After the treatment, while taking a walk in the historic center of Valencia, he looked at a tall building and, on his own initiative, said in a complete and correct sentence that he thought it was beautiful. His pronunciation was clear, and his voice was firm. After two days, he spoke independently in complete, well-formed sentences.

My mother asked him something in French on the street, and he responded in French. Switching between German and Greek works seamlessly as well.

Numbers:
We asked my father to calculate. He counted from 1 to 50 without any problem. Addition with small numbers worked perfectly, and later with higher numbers as well. Subtraction was not immediately available, but he could do it again soon.

In just under seven days, I noticed that skills first learned and last forgotten are the first to return. Lower numbers are recovered first because they were learned first; addition is regained before subtraction; and, last but not least (hopefully!), division will be possible again.

In summary, I realize that my father has made remarkable progress in the week since the treatment. Every day, he surprises us with new behaviors, new achievements, and things we thought had been lost forever.

In any case, as a family, we are eternally grateful to the team at the Center for Neuro-Regenerative Medicine for opening new doors for my father with the “permanent needle” therapy. Even if only slightly ajar, his quality of life is immensely better than in the darkness of oblivion.
