Auricular Implantology
After receiving your information request about our treatment for Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, or other neurodegenerative diseases (through any of the channels the center provided), we will take note of your details to contact you.
We will inform you about the characteristics of our method, its results, the location of our clinic (in the Spanish city of Valencia), as well as other treatment possibilities outside of Spain.
Following this, if the patient would like to proceed with treatment, it is necessary to verify that they are an ideal candidate, and for this purpose, our professionals will gather all necessary information.
Once this phase is complete, the details of the first appointment are finalized (date, time, and flights/hotels if necessary), marking the start of your Treatment Plan.
Phase 1:
Consultation and Diagnosis
Before treatment for Parkinson’s or other diseases, each patient must be individually examined. Thanks to the medical history (anamnesis), our medical team will be able to learn about their ailments, family history, and other pathologies.
Phase 2:
Medical Examination
Only after the individualized study of each case, we can determine how many micro-implants are necessary and their location. Their placement is not always symmetrical, as the number of needles may vary between the right and left ear.
Phase 3:
Implantation
After disinfecting the ears and applying local anesthesia, the needles are implanted at the corresponding points. The application of these micro-implants is carried out using a system that is practically painless.
Phase 4:
Follow-up
Follow-up is conducted at three, six, and twelve months after the treatment. However, our professionals are permanently available to the patient and their relatives throughout that year and any time after the treatment has taken place.
